Account Executive

What we are looking for:

Rehearsal is looking for a motivated Account Executive (AE) to help us grow revenue by building strong relationships with prospective clients. We are a growing SaaS company focused on video-based elearning and collaboration. You will be responsible for a sales goal across multiple accounts simultaneously. This is a growth opportunity for someone with 3-5 years selling experience to be part of a dynamic Reno, Nevada headquartered business.

What you may be doing:

  • Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority
  • Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of our platform to prospects based on their individual needs and priorities
  • Meet or exceed your monthly/annual sales quota
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
  • Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches
  • Represent Rehearsal at events and maintain a visible profile in our industry

  • Ability to speak with both decision makers and influencers and ask intelligent questions
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment

  • Organized and strong time management skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
  • A sense of urgency and persistence
  • Results oriented approach with a competitive drive
  • Comfortable with web-based technology
  • Ability to complete sales and activity details utilizing CRM software
  • Prior experience successfully selling SaaS-based technology solutions strongly preferred, experience in learning a development a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
