We are making important changes to our service model and improving our global technology infrastructure.

Important updates regarding your account access

Rehearsal is introducing significant improvements to our global technology infrastructure and operating procedures. The benefits of these changes will be felt immediately, and include improved platform stability, improved performance, increased responsiveness, and faster introduction of new features.

As part of this global realignment initiative, we will need for you to transition into a direct contractual relationship with Rehearsal immediately in order to continue to provide access to the Rehearsal platform.

Please note that there are a handful of organizations that will no longer have a European-based supplier of the Rehearsal platform as this will now be a direct relationship with Rehearsal. We are committed to make this transition as smooth as possible. Your organization may have an agreement with one of our former partners and we plan to honor the terms of that obligation.

We need to immediately establish a new agreement with you directly to allow for continued access to the Rehearsal platform. We are a U.S based, English-speaking company, but will make use of translation services if needed. We look forward to hearing from you.

Unless other arrangements are made with us, your current Rehearsal site will become inaccessible on 30 September 2019 at 17:00 GMT.
